Course Rules and Policies

Duration is 50 minutes for individual and 75 minutes forgroup sessions.
Sessions are booked in advance according to the agreed schedule.
Please let your instructor know at least 24 hours before your lesson if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Rescheduling within less than 24 hours is a late change and could count as a missed session.

Please be on time for each lesson.
The instructor will wait for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that, the session is considered a no-show.

All scheduling, cancellations, and notices should be communicated through the agreed method (e.g., email, message, or scheduling app).

Lessons or packages should be paid in advance before starting the course.
Payments for missed or cancelled sessions without proper notice are non-refundable.
The refund option is available during a period of 30 days starting from the date when the payment was made. Bank fees may apply.
Upon request, an invoice or receipt will be provided for each payment.
Accepted payment options include credit/debit card, bank transfer or PayPal. If another method is easier for you, just let the instructor know!

Be prepared for each lesson and bring any required materials.
Feel free to ask questions or request clarification at any point; the lessons are for your learning.
Let the instructor know if something isn’t working for you; we can always adjust the pace or approach.
Mutual respect and positive communication help create a productive learning environment.

If the instructor must cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as early as possible.
Any instructor-initiated cancellation will be rescheduled at no cost to the student.
